I can’t believe that the 2 people that i really love – Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are married! I am a huge fan of Mariah Carey, from her early days as a singer that when she had a concert in Singapore last 2000, i had to fly there from Manila just to watch her Rainbow concert since Singapore and Japan was her only Asian stop. Thankfully, the British concert promoter Adrian Hobbs of One Entertainment Ltd. and One Lifestyle Group Singapore (www.onelg.com) gave me free hotel accomodation and free concert tickets along with my friends and family so we really had a great time. As with Nick Cannon, since I saw him in Drumline and Underclassmen, I’ve been a huge fan as well. So at first, when their wedding in the Bahamas was still unconfirmed, I was skeptical. Until of course the People magazine photos of Mariah and Nick were published. Who am I to argue after seeing their photos madly in love with each other? Hopefully it lasts because I’d be sad if they divorce one day. But who knows what the future brings? Shania Twain and husband Mutt Lange separated after more than a decade of being married. Love really gets complicated as years pass by. Congratulations and best wishes to Mr. and Mrs. Cannon.
